My journey as a visionary business leader and operations manager has been shaped by more than two decades of immersion in both federal agencies and esteemed private enterprises like Caterpillar, GE, and Pratt Whitney. This diverse experience has refined my skills in leadership, project management, and problem-solving, positioning me to drive innovation and success in our company's endeavors.

Additionally, I hold multiple patents and have played pivotal roles in spearheading innovative products and solutions.
In my role as the company's founder, I lead global business operations with a primary focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, steering R&D engineering efforts, particularly in design concepts and analyses.
In the academic realm, I've undertaken advanced studies in a PhD program, accompanied by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. My proficiency extends to various software tools, including FEA software such as Ansys, SolidWorks, and Creo. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
